We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Genvi. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
4. Pricing:
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order or proceed with the corrected price.
5. Payment Terms:
Payment for products must be made at the time of order. We accept various payment methods, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Genvi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Deliveries typically take 4 to 7 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently deliver with DHL to most international locations and with Wakilni within Lebanon.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders above 300$ to the following 27 countries:
Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Mexico, Norway, Oman, The Netherlands, Qatar, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, UAE, UK, and USA.
Free shipping within Lebanon (no minimum order value).
Genvi is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Any costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds:
Our return policy allows for returns within a specified period after receipt of the product. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy, and you will be notified once your return has been received and processed.
