Genvi offers a curated selection of apparel and accessories. While we make every effort to present accurate product descriptions and images, variations in colour, size, and detailing may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen differences. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Genvi. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to limited stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive for accuracy but acknowledge that errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you to confirm your order at the corrected price or offer the option to cancel.

Payments must be completed at checkout using approved methods via our secure payment gateway. Genvi does not store your payment information. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Genvi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Deliveries typically take 4 to 7 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently deliver with DHL to most international locations and with Wakilni within Lebanon.

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, The Netherlands, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, Türkiye, UAE, UK, and USA.

Genvi is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Any costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are subject to the terms outlined on our Returns and Refunds policy. We encourage you to review that page prior to placing your order. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

All content on the Genvi website - including imagery, logos, graphics, and written material - is the intellectual property of Genvi and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, Genvi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. If purchasing from the UK, EU, or Gulf countries, local consumer protection laws may also apply where applicable.
